This real estate will sell to the highest bidder, at or above a minimum bid of $110,000.
- Our live auction at the premises begins at noon on Saturday, February 10th, 2018. Registration begins at 11 AM.
- Real estate sells in as-is condition with all faults and benefits.
- Non-refundable ten per cent (10%) buyer premium will be added to the winning bid to equal the final sale price. This amount is due at the announcement of "SOLD!"
- The Winner! The successful purchaser will be required to deposit a bank cashier’s check for $11,000 (equaling 10% of the minimum bid) and, if necessary, increase the total deposit via personal check to 10% of the high bid (hammer price). For example, a winning bid of $155,000 requires an additional auction-day payment of $4,500 ($11,000 + $4,500 = $15,500, equaling 10% of the winning bid).
- Closing within 45 days, or by/before March 27, 2018.
