As Rich is keen to say, "There is nothing like an auction."This was the unquestionably best home sale experience ever. Susan and Rich arraigned everything and saw it through to closing.They eased me through it every step of the way. All questions were answered and phone calls promptly returned. The whole process was at a pace I could handle and I could not be happier.Through their expertise I obtained beyond what I believed the market value for my home.

Legacy is a phenomenal auction company! I had the pleasure of working with them on two occasions where I was purchasing inventory for my online business and they were very professional.
